Scarlett Chang is an associate of the RuiMin team. Her primary practice areas include M&A, private equity, overseas capital markets and general corporate advice.

Before joining RuiMin, Scarlett worked as an associate of the leading Chinese firm Fangda Partners for 4 years.

Scarlett speaks fluent English and Mandarin.


  • Experience

    • Advising Alibaba Group (NYSE: BABA; HKSE: 9988) on its issuance of convertible senior notes with a principal amount of $5 billion

    • Advising Galaxea, a company specializing in embodied intelligent robots,on its several rounds of equity financing totaling over RMB400m

    • Advising CICC Capital, ByteDance, Ant Group, Taikang and other institutions on their investments in target companies covering a wide range of industry sectors including NEV, AI and pharmaceuticals

  • Qualifications

    Scarlett graduated from Peking University where she obtained both BA and LLB degrees.
