In line with our ambitious growth strategy and value proposition, we relocated our headquarters to the Pudong New Area, Shanghai's CBD, in 2022. This move placed us at the epicentre of commercial activity, facilitating closer client relationships and better engagement with the business community. 

In 2023, we expanded our footprint by opening a second office in Shenzhen. This strategic move enables us to capitalise on the abundant inbound and outbound investment opportunities in China’s Greater Bay Area, a region defined by rapid economic growth and technological innovation. Our presence in Shenzhen positions us to better serve clients in China’s tech capital and pre-eminent southern business hub.

Establishment of a branch office in Beijing marks a significant milestone in the firm’s China strategy. The Beijing office strengthens our on‑the‑ground presence in China' s regulatory and policy centre, [as well as a key base for a number of our clients, including Chinese state-owned companies and technology companies,] enhancing our ability to support clients on complex, China‑related matters with deeper local insight and closer engagement with regulators and stakeholders.
