Before joining RuiMin, Steve worked at the leading Chinese firm Fangda Partners for 5 years.

Steve speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

    • Advising Alibaba Group and Ant Group, on their investments in target companies covering a wide range of industry sectors including artificial intelligence, logistics & transportation, smart hardware, mobility services, geographic information, fresh produce supply chain, retail chain, telecommunications distribution, data services, and cultural entertainment

    • Advising Boyu Capital and DCP Capital on their investments in target companies covering a wide range of industry sectors including cybersecurity, data storage, logistics & transportation, food processing, semiconductors, biopharmaceuticals, power batteries

    • Advising L Catterton, IDG Capital, Ping An Capital, YF Capital, Longwater Investment, and Shang Qi Capital, in providing comprehensive legal support for private equity investments and financing transactions

  • Qualifications

    Steve graduated and obtained an LLB degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and obtained an LLM degree from Renmin University of China. He is qualified in China.
