Wenting Ge is a counsel of RuiMin's antitrust and foreign investment
team. Her practice covers antitrust and
foreign investment reviews in China and the Asia-Pacific region. Wenting also has experiences in
advising clients with EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation.
Wenting advises multinational and Chinese clients (including major SOEs) on various competition law and foreign investment review issues, including Chinese merger control filings, multi-jurisdictional merger control and foreign investment filing analysis and filing coordination, investigation and compliance advice. Wenting has recently advised clients across a broad range of sectors including automobile, logistics, consumer, manufacturing and transportation.
Before joining RuiMin, Wenting worked in Freshfields and Baker McKenzie' Beijing offices.
Wenting speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

Qualifications
Wenting graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, prior to which, she obtained an LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law. Wenting is qualified in New York and passed the PRC bar.
