Advising Jacobs Douwe Egberts B.V. on: i) its US$361m acquisition of OldTown Berhad; and ii) its US$1.05bn acquisition of Super Group Ltd., a Singapore listed company；

Qualifications
Echo obtained her LLB degree from East China University of Politics & Law and LLM degree from New York University. She is qualified in China and the State of New York.
